My friend Brian posted these sunset pictures that he had taken on a weekend camping, on his Xanga web site. I find that occassionally he takes some really nice pics, so I thought that I would share them with you.
Christmas is here again.
This time last year I was waiting to hear if I had gotten into University. Now I have completed that first year and there are now 3 1/2 to go!!
I have been looking at what I posted last year about christmas.......
Man, what a week!!Christmas is really too much sometimes. Not only the day itself, having to travel here and there to see everyone, but the couple of days you get off over the Christmas period. They were good for recovery but I am one of those people who do not want to waste the time that I have off and would like to spend the time wisely. As it is, it's only a few days off so there is not a lot of time to spend wisely but you always make do with what you have. I spent the Friday night working and did not get home till 1am. Then had to get up to go to Dad's. After having a feed there I felt like sleeping forever!!I was so full!!Then we made our way to my Aunty's place for Christmas dinner. Nonna's lasagne and mum's trifle. Yum Yum!!!Stuffed myself to oblivion almost. I was so full I had to roll out the door!!!I think that is what Christmas is about for me. The food. Don't worry about the presents or anything.....Just give me the food!!!I had a sleep in every day and still went to bed a reasonable hour. But I still feel tired and worn out. Had a relaxing day at the beach on Tuesday. Went for a lovely swim and enjoyed the view of some hot bods that were walking past. Nice!!!Suddenly reality hits again and here I am, sitting at work looking at all the paperwork sitting there with a malicious smile on it's face, teasing me. There doesn't seem a lot but when you are semi over it.....it seems like too much for one person. So I suppose I should get back to it then.....ah well. I trust that everyone had a nice break and if you are still on one then I promise I have not made a voodoo doll of you to ruin your holiday!!! hehehe. Jason dude - -glad to hear that you and Em got out before the wave hit!!! Too close!!Beth and Gazza!! - glad to see you last night...it was lovely to catch up and this time we will not leave it this long!! Enjoy Malaysia and Singapore!! Lucky buggers!!Ciao all and have a good holiday season!!
I did not realise that i have had this post for over a year and a half almost....Man how things can change in that time. One thing that has not though is the fact that I always manage to remain really busy and one thing always leads on to the other. I have been working my tail off trying to get things done for everyone one else and all these people keep asking me if I can clean for them. It is really crazy I tell you. I like to be popular but this is a different type. At least the reputation that i have is a good one though!!!. Well, I suppose I had better get cracking. There is still so much to do and so little time to do it in!!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!!
Have a safe and happy Christmas and New Years and I will see you all soon.
